Section B — Businesses and professionals (B2B)

  • 12 months defect warranty under B2B terms.
  • 24 additional months Dr Kampes commercial warranty.
  • Defect must be reported within 8 days of discovery.
  • No returns without prior authorisation from the seller.

What is covered

Covered cases

  • Conformity defects or faults covered under the applicable terms.
  • Abnormal structural failures not attributable to misuse or normal wear.
  • Issues verifiable through documentation, photos and product inspection.

Main exclusions

  • Physiological wear from normal use.
  • Misuse or use in unintended environments.
  • Lack of maintenance, tampering or unauthorised repairs.
  • Accidental damage, impacts, cuts, external agents or uncontested shipping damage.

How to open a claim

  1. Prepare your purchase details — order number, invoice or other document proving the purchase.
  2. Retrieve the product batch number — if available, it helps identify the product and speed up the process.
  3. Document the issue — a clear description of the defect and detailed photos of the affected parts.
  4. Wait for official instructions — do not send the product back without authorisation: the return must first be approved by Dr Kampes.

Yes. Coverage extends up to 3 years according to the official Warranty Card. The structure varies depending on the type of customer: individual consumer or business/professional.

Is the product automatically replaced in the third year?

No. The primary remedy is repair. If not feasible, other remedies outlined in the Warranty Card may apply, including in certain cases a 20% discount on a new purchase.
