RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Individual consumers are entitled to the right of withdrawal provided under applicable law.

1. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide any reason.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, an explicit notice must be sent to the contact details listed on the website, specifying at least:
- order number
- first and last name
- the product or products for which withdrawal is being exercised

3. Returning the product
The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
The deadline is met if the product is shipped before the expiry of that period.

4. Return costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

5. Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, CAMPES S.r.l. will refund all payments received for the product in question, including any standard initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The refund may be withheld until the product has been received or until proof of shipment has been provided, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Condition of returned product
The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

7. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalised at the customer's request.

8. Size exchange
A size exchange, where offered by CAMPES S.r.l., is a commercial service distinct from the right of withdrawal and applies only under the conditions set out on the website.
