SHIPPING POLICY

This policy governs the shipping of products purchased on www.drkampes.com, managed by CAMPES S.r.l., registered office at Via Noalese 84/E, 31100 Treviso (TV), Italy, VAT number 05496370262, email info@drkampes.com, PEC campessrl@pec.it.

1. Shipping area

CAMPES S.r.l. ships to the countries selectable by the customer at checkout.

2. Standard order preparation times

For standard products in stock, orders are normally prepared and handed to the courier within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation, barring unforeseen circumstances, high order volumes or exceptional events beyond the Seller's control.

3. Custom or made-to-order products

For custom, made-to-order or out-of-stock products, preparation times may be longer.

In such cases, unless otherwise stated on the product page, in the quote or in the order confirmation, shipping normally takes place within 20 business days of payment confirmation.

4. Courier delivery times

Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery normally takes place within:

  • Italy: 24 to 72 business hours
  • International: as estimated by the courier, depending on the destination country

Delivery times are to be considered estimated and non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout, before the order is finalised.

Any additional costs for remote locations, special shipments, storage, redelivery or ancillary services will be indicated, where applicable, before the order is completed, or communicated to the customer if they arise due to information provided by the customer.

6. Start of timelines

Preparation times begin from payment confirmation, unless clarifications or additional information are required from the customer regarding the order, shipping details, billing details or customisation specifications.

In such cases, timelines begin from the moment all required information has been correctly received.

7. Delivery delays

CAMPES S.r.l. is not liable for delays attributable to the courier, force majeure, weather events, strikes, logistics disruptions, public holidays, customs checks or other circumstances that are not reasonably foreseeable or are otherwise beyond its control.

The statutory rights of the consumer under applicable law remain unaffected in all cases.

8. Customer obligations

The customer is responsible for carefully verifying the accuracy of the delivery address entered at the time of ordering.

In the event of an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address, recipient unavailability, failure to collect or other customer-related circumstances resulting in storage, return of goods or redelivery, CAMPES S.r.l. reserves the right to charge any additional costs incurred.

9. Checking the parcel upon delivery

Upon delivery, the customer is invited to check:

  • that the number of parcels matches what is indicated on the shipping document, if present;
  • that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry and unaltered.

If any visible anomalies are present, the customer is invited to accept the parcel with a specific written reservation or to refuse delivery, and to promptly notify CAMPES S.r.l. at info@drkampes.com.

10. Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed for reasons not attributable to CAMPES S.r.l. or the courier, the customer will be contacted where possible to arrange a new delivery or another suitable solution.

Any storage, return or reshipment costs may be charged to the customer if the failed delivery was due to circumstances attributable to them.

11. Orders with multiple products

For orders containing multiple products, CAMPES S.r.l. reserves the right to ship in a single delivery or in separate shipments, depending on product availability, logistical requirements or the presence of custom items.
